Kane: A Perfect Dog In Every Way
I lost my best friend a few years ago. She was a beautiful, 100-pound female Akita. I was devastated and said I would never get another dog. As time passed, so did the grieving, and eventually it came time to find another dog, another best friend.I have always wanted a Doberman. Since I was young I looked at this animal as not only a dog but THE DOG. The best of the best. A dog that is not only the ultimate partner but one that is committed, loving and protective if need be. I will say that again… A dog that is protective when NEED BE.
That leads me to the training that Kane received both prior to me getting him and then when it was time to transfer the authority to me. That was the difficult part for me. The dog is and was perfect. The hard part is getting the owner to communicate to the dog properly. Once that happens you can see that dog respects you. You are the owner, the Alfa male. Once that takes place it is a thing of beauty. The partnership between a person and their dog is amazing when there is mutual respect between the two.
Mr. Sidney teaches that respect. He works with the dogs with a true dedication and passion that would make any dog owner proud to have him as a trainer. I received a perfect dog in every way. Our continued training keeps me in line so I do not confuse my dog as new challenges and stressful situations arise. The best part about Kane is the way people stare at him. They are drawn to him because he is the perfect looking dog and they are amazed at the way he acts. He is not vicious, he is aggressive. He is not stubborn, he is determined. I think this not only describes my dog but the way Mr. Sidney trains. He is aggressive and determined with the utmost regard for the ultimate partnership between a Dog and their owner.
