Heidi: A Closer Relationship
Ever since taking my dog to kingdom k-9, she and I both have been so much happier. Before taking her, I could hardly control her. I loved to run with her in the afternoons, but I was constantly steadying myself for her sudden outbreak at the next squirrel or bird. She and I live alone and were constantly doing things together, but I was having difficulty controlling her in public situations, as she is almost the same size as me. Also, when I would have guests over, she would get so excited and jump all over them. Since coming back home from her training, I have learned to read and understand her actions. I am even able to run with her in the afternoons without a leash! I would have never believed that I would have been able to do something like that with her.
Not only has my quality of life improved since completing her training, but I can also tell that hers is much better, too. She isn’t concerned with everything going on around us. She is concerned with what I am doing and following her commands. She has become a lot more carefree and relaxed. She and I have become even closer and are able to go out and enjoy so much more together. She goes with me everywhere that dogs are allowed!
There are very few people that I would trust with my dog, but Kingdom K-9 is definitely one of them. I would highly recommend Sidney to anyone that has had the same issues as I did, or just wants a better relationship with their dog. -Cameron
